These are Peppermint Pretzels and they are goooooooooooood!
Recipe:
1 lb bag of pretzel rods (I used the regular ones for bite-sized yum)
6 oz almond bark, broken
2 Tbs shortening (I got the non-hydrogenated kind!)
candy canes, crushed
Melt the almond bark and shortening in the microwave and stir.
Dip the pretzels and lay them on wax paper to harden a bit, then dip again as many times as you want and then roll in squooshed candy canes.
All wrapped up (with yesterday's fudge) and ready to go!
Enjoy!

We are going to make pretzel/chocolate goodies for Aiyana's preschool party. Yum...perfect balance of sweet and salty.
I made chocolate-dipped pretzels for Christmas gifts too! It's such a great idea, so yummy :)
