Today I Had to Deal with a Bunch of Drama.

But, I'll spare you the gory details.  The girls ate a lot of junk food and watched a lot of tv since I was on the phone most of the day.  I'm NEVER on the phone for more than a couple of hours a week!  To say that it's been an weird day is an understatement.  Drama times 100.  Bleh.  I'm going to go wash my hands now.

Here's a cute picture of me and my precious babies.

Just really grateful for my husband, baby girls, and sister right now.  :)

How do you shake off the effects and feelings of stress, drama, and unfair confrontations?

I can't decide if I should kick up my heels and watch a movie or take out my frustration on this house (aka cleaning)......

Depends on the situation... sometimes, its tears, sometimes, its venting (spouse), sometimes, a movie, sometimes drowning in something delicious to eat. Hope it all works out, it usually does. xo xo

I'll go to sleep when I am stressed. Hope you are feeling better now.

Unfortunately, I eat. After I have this baby, I intend to run to vent off frustration.
Intend being the key word here.

I hope you're okay and the girls are okay too!

Well, the house cleaning would be better, but watching a movie would be funner. Maybe do both? I think I'm going to clean and watch a Cary Grant movie tonight.

Well cleaning is always helpful. I like to watch movies, or go for a walk, or read a book. Hope all the drama is over.

I am so sorry you are feeling that way. What an ugly list of emotions to deal with!

And your solution? That's exactly what I have to decide between as well. A movie or cleaning. And sadly, I tend to also nurse my stress and frustration with something delicious to eat. Although sometimes I make the healthy choice to take it out on the treadmill.... Boy I guess I'm all over the board! ;D It sounds like you are really ready to think about something else now, but I also write often in a journal. Just to "physically" get whatever out of me and then be able to put it away onto a shelf literally.
