Today I Had To Lay Britt Down. Again.

Britt has been pulling herself up in her crib for a month now.  The first time scared me because Ash didn't do that until she was 7.5 months.  Britt was 6.5 months.  I know, I know!  All children hit milestones at different times.  Still.  I wasn't ready.  And she's soooo little!  Height-wise anyway.  :D  At first she'd cry hysterically because it was scary for her.  Now she loves to pull up to a standing position and chew on the top of her crib.  She hasn't quite gotten the knack of getting herself back down again though.  That's where I come in of course.  So - when she forgets that she's supposed to be napping, I have to help remind her by prying her chubby fingers off the crib railing and tucking her back into bed.

Britt.  Last week.

Ash, at 7.5 months, when she started pulling herself up in bed.  So proud of herself!

You are so right about them hitting their milestones at different ages. My daughters were the same and Chloe has always been much larger than Aiyana was at her age. She is actually starting to catch up to her!
