I would really like to travel. When I was 20 I would have said, get married and have children. I am, obviously, in the middle of living that dream. When the kids are older, school is behind us, Tony's got his career figured out, and we have a house of our own, I'd like to travel. Ireland is at the very top of my list (anyone else adore P.S. I Love You for its scenery?). Tony wants to go to Italy. Roaming all over Europe sounds fun and romantic. There are also many places I'd like to see in the good ol' US of A too. Such as everything historical on the East Coast, Nauvoo, Laura Ingalls Wilder's home, and anything Gone With the Wind-ish (is there such a place?).
Any other places you suggest I add to my list?
Oh, and the giveaway winner? Well, according to random.org (no I'm not gonna fork out the money to be able to post the picture proof - just take my word for it), that lucky winner would be the individual who said, "So much fun!!"
Congrats, Ash! Just send me message so I can order your choice for your girl and mine!
Thanks for playing y'all! 5 fun summer giveaways down and 5 more to go! Whew! :D

There is a reason the hills are so green... Its because of all the rain we get this side of the globe. Lol.

How about The Great Wall of China?
Ahhh, I wanna go to Ireland too. And Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Prague, Austria, Boston, Hawaii....
Oh so many places.
I'm very certain there are lots of "Gone with the Wind" places you could visit. Google "Historic Southern Plantations"/Gone with the Wind. Stuff'll come up, you'll see.
I've been to Laura Ingalls Wilder's homestead in South Dakota.

I went there as an older child. I loved it!
When I lived in Savannah, GA - now that was a site! I loved all the history! They had ghost tours at night, cobble stone streets, old cemeteries and churches, Spanish moss hanging from trees, parks all over the place downtown, the beach was 15 min away, South Carolina was close too, boats were in the river, Juliette Low, girl scouts leader's home was there to tour, along with many gardens that reminded me of The Secret Garden. Forest Gump and Legend of Bager Vance were filmed there. I'd love to go back with my kids! I would have stayed, but my allergies were so bad there. I had a migraine headache most days.
Ireland is my dream place to visit as well. I love the way it looks in the movies and pictures I've seen.
Hubby wants to go to Ireland so bad ... it has rubbed off on me! I want to see where his family comes from too ... I think it is also some place I would love to go with our future children!
what tops my list is the Vatican city!
