In the middle of dance class today, I discovered that Ash felt oddly overheated to the touch. The thermometer confirmed a fever of 101 degrees. So, I made homemade chicken noodle soup while she cuddled with Daddy and watched Fantasia (minus the creepy demon dude). She hasn't had an appetite today but the nice thing about the tv is it magically makes noshing practically mindless, so it wasn't hard for Tony to shovel a fair amount of broth into Ash's mouth.
At bedtime I gave Ash the Wet Socks Treatment. Crossing my fingers that it brings her fever down.
Poor baby.

Get well soon, Ash! BTW, your chicken noodle soup looks delicious.

Is that a picture of soup you made?? Oh it looks DELISH!!
Hope Ash feels better soon, poor thing. Let us know if the wet socks works. I heard putting Vicks Vapor rub on your feet helps to calm coughing. Maybe feet are the answer.
I am hungry looking at that photo of yours. Yummilicious eh! Hope Ash get well soon. Fever are very worrisome. You take care yourself ya!
